Crossing landfill final cover project . The purpose of this project is to place final cover including but not limited to 2 feet of vegetative soil cover, a geomembrane, a geocomposite, a drainage control system, and landfill gas control system . The project is located in mono county on pit road, north of benton crossing road. Each bid shall be made on the proposal forms contained in the Project Manual and must be accompanied by bid security in the amount of not less than 10 percent (10%) of the total bid. All work must be completed within 50 working days from the date of issuance of the Notice to Proceed. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
