The project involves the reconstruction of the existing basketball court for continued use and the reconditioning/repurposing of the existing tennis court for hybrid tennis and pickleball use. The location is Broadmoor West Park, at 63 South Brookline Drive, Gloucester Twp, NJ. Sealed bids are invited with the following instructions: Obtain contract documents from the stated engineer's address for a non-refundable fee. Bid security of at least ten percent (10%) of the total bid amount is required, not exceeding $20,000. Successful bidders must furnish a performance bond and a payment bond, each for 100% of the contract price, from a surety authorized in New Jersey. A consent of surety certificate is required. Bids must use the provided bid form, be sealed and labeled, and delivered to the owner before the bid opening deadline. Submit proof of contractor registration, business registration for the bidder and all named subcontractors. Bidders must comply with all statutory requirements detailed in the contract documents, including affirmative action, prevailing wage, the Americans with Disabilities Act, and stockholder disclosure requirements. The Owner reserves the right to consider bids for sixty days, to reject any or all bids, to waive non-detrimental defects, and to adjust quantities as stated in the contract documents.
