Sealed bids are requested for the demolition and reclamation of 2 structures within the City of Elkins. All bids must be submitted by the stated deadline, delivered to the designated addresses, and clearly marked as sealed bids for demolition. Bids cannot be withdrawn for 90 days after the opening without consent. The city retains the right to reject any or all bids and waive any irregularities.
