Pavement Rehabilitation, Safety Improvements and Miscellaneous Work on I-90 from MP 419.4 to MP 425.9 in Erie County in accordance with the Plans and Specifications. Bids must be secured with either a Bid Bond or a Bid Deposit. A Bid Bond must be in the amount of 5% of the total bid and must be on the Authority's Bid Bond Form (TA-44117) included in the Proposal. A Bid Deposit must be a certified check or cashier's check made payable to the New York State Thruway Authority in the amount of $2,750,000.00. The New York State Thruway Authority has discontinued the practice of reproducing and furnishing full-size and half-size plans to Contractors after contract award.
