Site work for a water / sewer project in New Port Richey, Florida. Completed plans call for site work for a one-story above grade water / sewer project.

The project includes furnishing all labor, materials, equipment, tools, transportation, services, and incidentals necessary for refurbishing the Sludge Thickener Rake & Plow Structure. Work includes Clarifier Ferrous Metals and Fiberglass recoating, including: Stillwell, Rake arms, Scum skimming trough, Catwalk structural steel, Fiberglass Baffle, V-notch, supports, and all other interior ferrous metals. All work must follow the construction drawings, specifications, and contract documents. Applicator must have a minimum AMPP Basic Coating Certification Inspector on staff for no less than 6 months. Bids must be submitted in triplicate on the proposal forms and accompanied by Bid security on the prescribed form. The outside of the envelope must be clearly marked with the proposer's name and full address along with the project reference. The successful Bidder is required to furnish the necessary additional bond(s) for faithful performance of the Contract. All Bonds and Insurance must be executed or countersigned by a licensed resident agent or company qualified to do business in the State of Florida. The successful Bidder must hold or obtain all necessary Contractors and Business Licenses as required. Bidder qualifications will be investigated by the Owner. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids for any reason, including doubts regarding qualifications or financial ability, or if the bid is not responsive. The award of contract may be postponed for up to 120 days from the proposal opening date.
