Site work and new construction of a military facility in Egg Harbor Township, New Jersey. Conceptual plans call for the construction of a military facility; and for site work for a military facility.
The 177th Fighter Wing intends to issue a solicitation and award a single contract for the construction of the F-16 Mission Training Facility. The estimated magnitude of this project exceeds $10,000,000. This sources sought notice is issued for planning purposes to identify potential sources, including interested Small Business concerns. All interested parties intending to submit a proposal as a prime contractor must complete and return the "Sources Sought Information Request form" by the specified deadline. Additional information may be submitted, not exceeding five typewritten pages, detailing projects completed in the past three years for both government and private industry. This should include project type, dollar value, contract number, location, point of contact, and whether the respondent was a prime or subcontractor. If a subcontractor, the name and contact information of the prime contractor must be provided. If insufficient Small Business contractors are identified to ensure adequate competition, the project may be advertised as unrestricted. The magnitude of this project is more than $10,000,000. The Method of Contractor Selection has not been determined at this Time.
