The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Sacramento District (SPK), plans to award a $99,000,000 firm-fixed-price Multiple Award Task Order Contract (MATOC) for vertical construction using Design-Bid-Build and Design-Build delivery methods. The contract is 100% set aside for small businesses and may be awarded to up to nine contractors, with the possibility of awarding more or fewer based on the government's best interest. The contract includes a two-year base period and three one-year option periods, totaling up to five years. Task orders under this MATOC will range from $2,500 to $10,000,000 and will cover a broad range of vertical construction activities, including new construction, additions, alterations, maintenance, repairs, and demolition of commercial and institutional facilities. Specific requirements will be defined in each task order. This is Phase 1 of a two-phase solicitation, and no site visits or pre-proposal conferences will be held during Phase 1. Location: Military Ocean Terminal Concord (MOTCO), Presidio of Monterey, Camp Roberts, Fort Hunter Liggett, Camp Parks, and Defense Distribution Depot San Joaquin, Tracy (DDJC Tracy), with additional projects throughout California and Utah. The Method of Contractor Selection has not been determined at this Time.
