Remodeling of a fire / police facility in Palm Springs, Florida. Completed plans call for the remodel of a one-story above grade fire / police facility.
Furnish all material, labor, supervision, permits, and supplies necessary and reasonably incidental to install CCTV cameras, card access controls, and all other related components per the project requirements provided. Work is to be done under the terms and conditions of Palm Beach County’s Annual Contract - Low Voltage, and pursuant to the conditions of the Work Order, both of which are incorporated by reference. Contractors must be qualified under the Annual Contract - Low Voltage to submit a bid. The Quote/Bid Package must be enclosed in a sealed opaque envelope, properly identified. If bidding by mail, the sealed envelope must be in a separate mailing with the notation "SEALED QUOTE/BID ENCLOSED" on the envelope. Bidders must submit required schedules for the Equal Business Opportunity Program with their quote/bid, listing all proposed subcontractors and providing letters of intent for each. Bid Security and Public Construction Bond are required for bids and work orders of $200,000 or over, in accordance with the contract's instructions.
