Demolition and site work for a mixed-use development in Antigonish, Nova Scotia. Completed plans call for the demolition of a 504-square-foot pre-engineered storage facility; for site work for a pre-engineered storage facility; and water / sewer project.
The contractor is requested to provide a quotation for the complete demolition and removal of an existing storage shed. The project overview includes the following: o Site inspection prior to work commencement o Safe demolition of the shed structure (concrete slab will remain on the location). Current Building is 18 feet x 28 feet. o Disconnection and removal of any utilities (if applicable) o Removal and disposal of all debris. o Site cleanup post-removal o Compliance with local environmental and safety regulations The Town reserves the right to waive any informalities or to reject any or all quotes based on changes to the approach to the work, organizational and perceived liability considerations, the financial suitability of proceeding with the execution of the work, individual applicants level of experience, available personnel and equipment, the Owner's perception of the impact of performance on similar projects, or potential performance problems in keeping schedule targets. The Town reserves the right to omit portions of the work should it be deemed necessary for overall financial reasons.
