The Odessa-Montour Central School District invites sealed bids for the 2025 Small Capital Project, specifically for Contract No. 1 Electrical Construction. Prospective bidders are to submit their stipulated sum bids, including applicable alternates and unit prices, for all work indicated in the contract documents. The project must be substantially complete as detailed in Document 00 21 13 and Section 01 10 00. Information and bidding documents are available at http://www.arcadisplanroom.com/. Bidding documents must be obtained from the designated website for bidders to be considered responsible. Documents can be viewed for free or obtained as hard copies for a deposit, with digital sets available for a non-refundable fee. All addenda and notifications are provided through the designated website to registered bidders. Bidders returning their first set of plans and specifications in good condition will be refunded. Each bidder is required to submit a bid security not less than five percent (5%) of the base bid amount in the form of a Bid Bond, Certified Check, or Cashier's Check payable to the Owner. The Owner may award the contract within forty-five days after bid receipt and reserves the right to waive irregularities or reject any or all bids. Prospective bidders may inspect proposed work areas on weekdays by appointment with the Superintendent of Buildings & Grounds. All bids must comply with the requirements specified in the Instructions to Bidders. The Owner reserves the right to waive informalities but will not do so if it grants an advantage to any bidder not enjoyed by others.
