Description

Site work for a municipal facility in Methuen, Massachusetts. Conceptual plans call for site work for a municipal facility.

The City of Methuen requests sealed proposals from responsive and responsible developers for the public disposition for restoration, preservation, and reuse of the 18+ acre historic Edward F. Searles Estate located at 209 Lawrence Street, Methuen, MA 01844 . The City will then issue an addenda and post that to the City's website at online, for all proposers to view not less than four (4) calendar days before the date of the opening, interpretations of all questions raised which, in their opinion, require interpretation. The City of Methuen reserves the right to reject any and all proposals and to waive minor informalities or irregularities in any proposal, and to make an award in any manner consistent to the law and deemed to be in the best interest for the City to do so. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
