The selected contractors will perform trenchless pipe rehabilitation work on an as-needed basis throughout the city. Contractors must provide a current State of Georgia Utility Contractor’s license and information about the individual licensee. Proposals must be submitted electronically through the BidNet Direct system before the specified deadline. The City of Smyrna reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals and to award in the best interest of the City.
