The Clinch County Board of Commissioners is seeking qualifications and proposals from architectural firms to provide post-award services for various community and economic development projects. Services will include planning, design, cost estimating, bidding, contracting, demolition oversight, quality control, and project closeout. All contracts will also require obtaining and maintaining Build America Buy America (BABA) documentation during construction, to be transferred to the grant recipient, with certification required at project end. Selection is based on qualifications relevant to community and economic development needs, and all contracts are subject to Federal and State provisions prescribed by the Georgia DCA. Selection may allow the firm to provide services for future projects based on grant funding. Proposals must be mailed to the specified address and received by the deadline. Proposals must include qualifications, evidence of insurance, relevant experience, key personnel, references, Section 3 status (if applicable), timeline for completing plans and specifications, and a specific cost estimate covering all required services from start to close-out.
