Site work for a water / sewer project in Homerville, Georgia. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The Scope of Work Includes: Cross Drainpipe Replacement & Roadway Patching on Dickerson Crossing Rd, Barney Rd, Burnt Bridge Rd, Strickland Rd, Fire Tower Rd, Chauncey Rd, Withers Rd, & Antioch Rd. All proposals shall be accompanied by a Bid Bond in favor of the Clinch County Board of Commissioners in the amount of at least five percent (5%) of the lump sum bid for the complete work: such Bid Bond representing that the Bidder, if awarded a Contract, will promptly enter into a Contract and furnish Performance Bond and Payment Bonds as provided by the law and approved by the Attorney for the Clinch County Board of Commissioners. Performance Bond shall be equal to 100 Percent (100%) of the contract amount and Payment Bond shall be equal to 100 percent (100%) of the Contract amount. All work on the project must be completed within 180 consecutive calendar days of date work begins. The Owner reserves the right to reject all bids and to waive informalities, and to accept any Bid which in its opinion may be in the best interest of the Owner. The Owner has the right to add or to delete from the Contract once it has been awarded. No bids shall be withdrawn for a period of 60 days after the opening of the bids.
