Demolition, site work and new construction of a municipal facility in Bowling Green, Kentucky. Conceptual plans call for the demolition of a municipal facility; for site work for a municipal facility; and for the construction of a 60,000-square-foot municipal facility.
Sealed proposals are requested for Engineering/Design Services for a Municipal Building Project. Proposals must be submitted in a clearly marked sealed envelope to the Procurement Manager’s Office at City Hall Annex, 1017 College Street, Bowling Green, Kentucky. The sealed proposal must have the bid number and description listed, and the shipping envelope must also display the bid number clearly. Proposals must be received by the designated date and time, and late proposals will not be considered. All forms, information, and specifications can be found at www.bgky.org/bids. Respondents are invited to attend the public opening of the submitted proposals via a specified online meeting link. The City reserves the right to reject any and all proposals and to select the proposal deemed to be in its best interest. The award will be made on the basis of the best evaluated offer.
