**As of December,23,2025 the project was awarded to JM Construction, with an awarded amount of $28,800** Basin Improvements Brownstone and Logistics Court The City of Bowling Green, KY is soliciting bids for work associated with drainage improvements within an existing detention basin. The project will consist of removal of an existing earthen berm located within the basin limits and cutting back of an existing slope, as detailed on the attached exhibit, to a 3:1 side slope. All removed soil material shall be hauled and compacted on the adjacent lot, shown on the attached exhibit. Work will also include removal existing wooden privacy fence situated on top of the berm. The Contractor shall carefully remove fence and store on-site, at location specified by City. The Contractor shall also remove an existing water quality unit and piping. The water quality unit shall be transported to 2311 Lapsley Lane. Personnel and equipment will be available on site upon delivery to assist with unloading. Existing injection well structure to be lowered to match bottom of basin, which may necessitate removal of a section of well casing. Respondents are to submit their bid in a clearly marked sealed envelope. The clearly marked sealed envelope shall include the bid number and description listed above. Make sure the shipping envelope has bid number listed clearly on the outside as well. The City of Bowling Green, Kentucky is not responsible for the premature opening of, or the failure to open, a sealed bid not properly addressed or identified.
