Renovation and addition to an industrial development in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 2,900-square-foot, one-story above grade industrial development; and 1,082-square-foot, one-story above grade industrial development.
This project is a renovation and addition to the existing meat processing facility for Southern University Agricultural Animal Sciences Department. The scope of work includes an interior renovation of 2,900 square feet that will provide ADA bathroom and shower updates, office renovation, meat processing room expansion, offices, research office, and storage. A new addition of 1,082 square feet will provide new offices, a classroom, and a covered entry. Questions must be submitted in writing.
