Renovation of an educational facility in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. Completed plans call for the renovation of a one-story above grade educational facility.
Clay Tile Roofing Repairs at Seaman A. Knapp Hall, Louisiana State University, Baton Rouge, Louisiana, Project Number: 19-671-22-01, F.19002443. Sealed bids are required. Bids must be accompanied by a bid security in the amount of five percent of the sum of the base bid and all alternates. The successful bidder must furnish a Performance and Payment Bond as described in the Instructions to Bidders. Bids will only be accepted from contractors licensed for the classification of Building Construction or Roofing and Sheet Metal, Siding under LA. R.S. 37:2150-2192. Bidders must comply with LA R.S. 38:2212(B)(5). No bid may be withdrawn for forty-five days after receipt, except as specified in LA. R.S. 38:2214. The owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids for just cause. Complete bidding documents are available electronically. Further instructions are contained in the bidding documents. Participation in the Small Entrepreneurship (Hudson Initiative) and Veteran-Owned Small Entrepreneurships Program is encouraged.
