Demolition and site work for a residential development in Hitchcock, Texas. Completed plans call for the demolition of a residential development; and for site work for a residential development.

Sealed bids are requested for the demolition of structures and the removal of demolition debris, preexisting trash, rubbish, and debris from the site. The lot should also be mowed and graded. The location is 8019 Bellwood Drive, Hitchcock, Texas 77563, Legal Description PID#155407 ABST 13 WH JACK SUR LOTS 18 & 20(18-0) BIRDS NO 2. The City ofHitchcock is requesting and will receive SEALED bids from qualified vendors for the purpose of demolition ofdangerous, unsafe, or substandard structures, clear, and grade real property, and the removal ofdemolition debris and additional trash from such structures and real property within the City ofHitchcock. It is necessary to receive bids from contractors to complete the abatement order as ordered by the 212 District Court ofGalveston County This project consists ofthe removal of existing trash, debris, and demolition and disposal services of all substandard buildings within the city at the following location: 8019 Bellwood, Hitchcock Texas 77563 Property ID 155407 ABST 13 W H JACK SUR LOTS 18 & 20 (18-0) BIRDS NO 2 GALVESTON COUNTY The contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, supplies, tools, permits, fees, dumpsters, equipment, and supervision necessary for the demolition ofstructures and/or removal of demolition debris, and additional trash on the property, as per the specifications outlined in this Contract. Contractor shall clean up existing debris, demolish structures, and clearthe locations within the Contract Services Area when requested by the Community Development Director, or his designees (hereinafter "City"). Supervision, Equipment, and Material: The methods ofdemolition vary depending upon the type ofstructure to be demolished. The winning Contractor(s) shall determine the most efficient and effective means or methods current in the construction trade in the City ofHitchcock. The Contractor must receive approval from the appropriate City Department before beginning work. The Contractor shall furnish all the following on this non-exclusive list: labor, equipment, supervision, materials and supplies, and transportation necessary for providing Demolition Services for the City ofHitchcock. All prospective contractors must affirmatively demonstrate their responsibility, including the responsibility oftheir proposed subcontractors.
