Contractor shall clean up existing debris, demolish structures, and clearthe locations within the Contract Services Area when requested by the Community Development Director, or his designees (hereinafter "City"). Supervision, Equipment, and Material: The methods ofdemolition vary depending upon the type ofstructure to be demolished. The winning Contractor(s) shall determine the most efficient and effective means or methods current in the construction trade in the City ofHitchcock. The Contractor must receive approval from the appropriate City Department before beginning work. The Contractor shall furnish all the following on this non-exclusive list: labor, equipment, supervision, materials and supplies, and transportation necessary for providing Demolition Services for the City ofHitchcock.
