The Housing Authority of the Borough of Red Bank is soliciting written quotations from qualified and licensed companies to provide electrical services on an as-needed basis for RBHA properties. Services may include the repair and/or replacement of ground fault interrupters (GFIs), breakers and breaker panels, exterior and interior light fixtures, and electrical wiring of outlets and switches. The selected contractor will be required to respond within 2 hours for emergency calls and within 24 hours for all other service calls as coordinated by the RBHA Maintenance Supervisor or Site Manager. Availability to provide services seven days per week, twenty-four hours per day, is required. The agreement will be for one year, with an option for renewal for an additional year. All quotations must conform to the outlined requirements and specifications.
