Site work for a playground / park / athletic field in Marrero, Louisiana. Completed plans call for site work for a one-story above grade playground / park / athletic field.
Provide all insurance, labor, materials, delivery, equipment, transportation, fuel, and any other incidentals required to perform landscape maintenance for a period of two years at the Hope Haven property located at 1130 Barataria Boulevard in Marrero, Louisiana for the Jefferson Parish Recreation Department. The required services include grass cutting, weed eating, tree and shrub trimming, edging, blowing and/or sweeping, weed control, trash and debris removal, mulch placement, and automatic irrigation system repairs. Bidders and any subcontractors must possess the appropriate Louisiana State Contractor's licenses and Louisiana Department of Agriculture & Forestry licenses as specified. The site is approximately 26 acres and encompasses all green areas, buildings, parking lots, wooded areas, and drainage ditches. All required permits and insurance must be obtained and maintained throughout the contract. The use of subcontractors is allowed, but no subcontractor may perform more than 49% of the contract's work. The contract includes specific frequency and quality requirements for each scope item, notification provisions, working hour restrictions, and compliance with all applicable regulations. Liquidated damages may be assessed for incomplete or unsatisfactory work, and incidental repair items must be priced but will be ordered as needed with prior approval. Question Deadline 11/25/2025
