Site work for a playground / park / athletic field in Gretna, Louisiana. Completed plans call for site work for a one-story above grade playground / park / athletic field.
This is a two-year contract to provide, or to provide and install, mulch for Jefferson Parish. All unit pricing must include material, freight, taxes, labor as needed, and all necessary essentials to deliver mulch on an as-needed basis. There is no minimum or maximum quantity of mulch with this contract. Mulch provided must be free of debris, trash, and dissimilar material. Detailed material specifications for various mulch and pine needle products are provided. When requested, the contractor must provide labor to install mulch and all aspects of mulch placement including product, delivery, labor, and incidentals. Mulch must be evenly spread within designated landscape areas to a compacted depth of 3" to 4", without touching tree trunks or shrub stems, and all trash/debris associated with installation must be removed from the site. The contractor is responsible for any damage caused during delivery or installation. A purchase order is required from Jefferson Parish prior to any order, delivery, or installation. This contract is requirements-based, supplied as needed, with freight charges included in the total cost and a one-year guarantee on workmanship and materials required in writing from the date of delivery and/or project acceptance. Work must comply with standard practices and all products must be new and current. Specific minimum purchase order quantities apply for bulk and packaged mulch types when installation is included. All work and materials must comply with provided specifications and standards set by Jefferson Parish. QA date - 11-11-2025 Questions Submit Online.
