Site work for a development in Gretna, Louisiana. Completed plans call for site work for a one-story above grade development.
The project consists of intersection improvements for the retention ponds within the Clearview Parkway and Earhart Expressway interchange. Improvements include planting new vegetation, entrance signage, and regrading. Bids must be submitted electronically, accompanied by an electronic bid surety bond in the amount equal to five percent (5%) of the total bid. Drawings and specifications are available for inspection and may be obtained upon deposit. Contractors may be required to conduct their own geotechnical inspection and provide proof prior to starting work. The successful bidder will be required to furnish a payment bond and a performance bond guaranteeing faithful performance of the contract. The Jefferson Parish Council reserves the right to reject all bids and to reject bids for just cause. Jefferson Parish encourages the involvement of minority and/or woman-owned business enterprises. All bids must be in accordance with the contract documents on file with the Jefferson Parish Purchasing Department. No scanned paper copies of any bid bond will be accepted as part of the electronic bid submission.
