Site work for a development in Lafayette, New Jersey. Completed plans call for site work for a one-story above grade development.
The work consists of furnishing and delivering landfill cover soil to the Sussex County Municipal Utilities Authority Solid Waste Facility on an "as-needed" and "as directed" basis from December 1, 2025 through November 30, 2026. The guaranteed minimum quantity for the contract period is 35,000 tons. Bids must be submitted on the designated Standard Proposal Form, enclosed in a sealed envelope with the bidder's name, address, contract number, contract name, and item bid clearly marked on the outside. All required documents listed in the Contract Documents must be included in the bid proposal. Bidders must comply with specific New Jersey statutes and administrative codes, as referenced. The Authority reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to waive any minor irregularities or informalities.
