Qualified firms are invited to submit responses to provide lease leaseback construction services for the modernization project at St. Helena Elementary School, 1325 Adams St., St. Helena, CA 94574. Respondents must be prequalified by the District per Public Contract Code section 20111.5 and submit required documents as specified. All Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing Subcontractors to be used on the Project by General Contractors must also be prequalified by the District, though not prior to proposal submission.
