The Contractor is responsible for obtaining all permits and paying all associated fees. The Contractor must input a PA-1-call Ticket for demolition/excavation and comply with all regulations. The Contractor shall furnish and account for any and all specialized equipment, materials, labor, and tools necessary to properly locate, separate, and protect all areas of the abutted party wall. This includes, but is not limited to, saw cutting, handwork, and other precision methods required to ensure that the conjoining attached wall of the abutting structure remains fully intact, stable, and free from damage or disturbance throughout the performance of the Work. In the event that any damage, disturbance, or impairment to the abutting structure or their wall occurs as a result of the Contractors operations, negligence, or failure to exercise due care, the Contractor shall be solely and fully liable for all costs of restoration, repair, and related expenses. Such costs shall be borne entirely by the Contractor at no additional cost to the Owner or the Borough.
