200,000 Gallon Standpipe Exterior Overcoat and Miscellaneous Repairs Exterior: High pressure water clean (5,000 to 10,000 psi) and spot power tool clean to a SSPC-SP11 standard. Apply a three (3) coat epoxy urethane system. Foundation: Repair spalls. Water clean and apply a two (2) coat epoxy system. Repairs: 1) Replace one sidewall manway. 2) Install a gasket on the wet interior roof hatch. 3) Install deflector bars on the fill/draw pipe. 4) Overflow discharge modification. 5) Install a swing gate at the roof step-off platform opening. 6) Install a roof handrail with a painter's railing. 7) Install grounding rods for the structure.
