Site work for a water / sewer project in Enumclaw, Washington. Completed plans call for site work for a one-story above grade water / sewer project.
The estimated cost is less than $20,000 The work includes installing bracing and cutting an opening through an 8" prestressed hollow core concrete roof panel situated above a pressure tank in the room below and other work so that the bladder inside the tank can be replaced. Replacing the bladder is not part of the project. The project is located at the City Wastewater Treatment Plant (WWTP) at 451 Semanska St S. Bidders are instructed to submit non-sealed bids by email. No bid or performance bond is required. Bidders must register on the www.bxwa.com website to receive notifications and addenda and to be placed on the registered bidders list. Written questions regarding the project must be submitted as instructed. Bidders that do not register will not be automatically notified of addenda.
