**As of December 15, 2025 project has been canceled. As of this time it is unknown if when project will rebid. Project has been Cancelled Foothill Transit is issuing this Invitation for Bids soliciting bids from qualified individuals or firms to upgrade and modify its Arcadia Irwindale Operations and Maintenance Facility to support the use of hydrogen fuel-cell electric buses, as more fully described herein and in the specifications and drawings provided in Part IV of this IFB.
