Foothill Transit is issuing this Request for Proposals No. 26-002 (“RFP”) seeking proposals from qualified individuals or firms to: (i) operate and maintain Foothill Transit’s CNG bus fueling system and dispensing stations; (ii) lease, operate, and maintain public access fueling stations adjacent to Foothill Transit’s Operations and Maintenance Facilities; and (iii) at Foothill Transit’s option, serve as the natural gas purchaser to supply Foothill Transit’s CNG fueling stations. The required services are more fully described in the Scope of Services set forth in Part III of this RFP.
