Fire suppression system upgrades to existing Warren County Secondary Roads Maintenance Facility to include fire water storage tank and fire pump, private fire service main and hydrants, and general condition, mechanical, and electrical upgrades to support a code compliant fire pump room. TIME OF COMPLETION: The Bidder shall state on the Proposal Form the time in calendar days, from date of "Notice of Award", or by July 10, 2026, Bidder guarantees completion of the project. The Owner reserves the right to waive any irregularities and/or reject any or all bids when, in the opinion of the Owner, such action will serve the best interests of the Owner. Commencement of the Work will be at the Owner's discretion. BID SECURITY: Bid security in the amount of five percent (5%) of the bid must accompany each bid in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders.
