Renovation of an educational facility in Upper Saucon Township, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the renovation of a one-story above grade educational facility.
Sealed bids are invited for the Southern Lehigh Middle School Condensing Boiler Replacement and the Southern Lehigh High School Condensing Boiler Replacement & HVAC Upgrades on a lump sum basis under two separate contract categories: HVAC Construction and Electrical Construction. Complete bidding documents will be available in PDF format from the Architect. Each bid must be accompanied by a bid guarantee of not less than ten percent of the bid amount. The project is a public works project subject to the Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act and the Pennsylvania Human Relations Act. Prospective bidders must attend a mandatory pre-bid conference and arrange site visits through the Director of Support Services. The owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids or parts thereof and to waive any irregularities, mistakes, omissions, or informalities. Bids must comply with all procedures and requirements as outlined, including sign-in procedures for site visits and adherence to prevailing wage and human relations acts.
