ADDENDUM TO FAR 52.212-1 INSTRUCTION TO OFFERORS-COMMERCIAL ITEMS (Sep 2023) Paragraph (b) is hereby replaced with the following: When submitting your quote, the Government will award a contract to the responsible offeror whose qoute conforms to the solicitation and is the most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered. Factors being utilized to evaluate offers are: 1. Price: Complete Price Schedule on the Attachment titled: Combined Synopsis-Solicitation 2. Technical Acceptability: Submit technical approach In accordance with Perfromance work statement (PWS) do not restate PWS this is not acceptable. 3. Options: Fill out pricing information for option years in the pricing schedule on page 3 of the attachment titled: Combined synopsis-Solicitation.
