Renovation of a municipal facility in Searcy, Arkansas. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a one-story above grade municipal facility.
The City of Searcy, Arkansas requests statements of qualifications from interested and qualified providers to identify, recommend, and implement LED lighting upgrades for City facilities. The selected provider will be responsible for providing comprehensive turnkey services, including completion of a lighting audit for the City, establishment of a price and energy savings, development and execution of a contract to implement the upgrades, and identification and administration of any incentives, grants, or rebates to offset the project costs. Only those providers submitting statements of qualifications that best meet the needs of the City will be considered. The City reserves the right to reject any and all submittals and is not responsible for lost or misguided submittals. Request for qualification packets are available upon request.
