Renovation of a municipal facility in Searcy, Arkansas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Sealed bids are invited for the White County Courthouse Exterior Restoration in Searcy, Arkansas. Bidding documents for a stipulated sum contract can be obtained from the Architect's office by general contractors only, with a refundable deposit required for up to three sets per contractor. Contractors must convey intent to bid in writing, either as a hardcopy or confirmed email, by the specified deadline to be eligible. Attendance at a mandatory pre-bid site walk is required to submit a bid, with sign-in at the event. Bids must include bid security in the form of a certified or cashier's check, or bid bond, at a minimum of 5% of the bid sum. Bids will be irrevocable for 60 days post-submission. The Owner reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids.
