The City of Searcy invites interested firms to submit a written Statement of Qualifications (SOQ) to develop design and construction plans for the Little Red Greenway System in accordance with the federal RAISE (Rebuilding American Infrastructure with Sustainability and Equity) planning grant program requirements and guidelines. The City of Searcy encourages participation from small, minority, and women-owned business enterprises in the procurement of goods, services, professional services, and construction, either as a general contractor or sub-contractor. Firms or individuals submitting letters of interest and completed proposal packages that best meet the needs of the City of Searcy will be considered, regardless of past contracts with the City. The City reserves the right to reject any and all submittals and is not responsible for lost or misguided submittals. RFQ packets are available upon request.
