The City Reserves the Right to Accept or Reject Any or All Bids on a Per-unit Basis and to Waive Irregularities and Technicalities in the Best Interest of the City. Work includes, but is not limited to: o Installing new chain-link/wire mesh fabric at specified heights and gauges o Retying, tightening, leveling, and straightening existing fence fabric o Removing and resetting posts and footings where heaved or misaligned o Repairing, adjusting, or replacing gates (single, double/drive, maintenance) o Restoring disturbed ground and daily site cleanup o Coordinating access and sequencing with City staff and facility schedules A.
