Change the deadline for submitting questions/Clarifications to Friday, November 14, 2025, at 5pm. The City of Tigard is seeking Request for Proposals from experienced firms capable of providing on-call Engineer and/or Hydrogeologist of Record services for Tigard's Water System. The City anticipates selecting one Contractor each for the three categories of: . Water System Engineering, Modeling & Analysis . Aquifer Storage & Recovery System . Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) System Proposals will be considered time-stamped and received by the City when they are received in the email inbox listed above. Late proposals may not be considered, it is the City's sole discretion to accept or reject a late proposal. Pre-qualification of proposers is not required. The City may reject any proposal not in compliance with all prescribed public bidding procedures and requirements and may reject for good cause any or all proposals upon a finding of the City if it is in the public interest to do so. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
