Construction is expected to begin in June 2027. *Previous solicitation listed below for reference:* Tigard-Tualatin School District No. 23J is requesting proposals from contractors for the Fowler Middle School Modernization Project. Submissions must be clearly marked as proposals to provide Construction Manager/General Contractor (CM/GC) services for the Tigard-Tualatin School District Bond Program at Fowler Middle School, addressed to the Bond Program Manager, and received by the specified deadline.
