Furnish all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to: rehabilitate and replace the existing plant roadway with grind and overlay, slurry seal, and full-depth pavement restoration methods; regrade areas of uneven or improperly draining pavement; replace the existing vault lid with a new precast vault lid; rehabilitate existing manholes, catch basins, and valve boxes to be flush with grade; restripe rehabilitated and replaced roadways with new roadway markings; and remove and replace the curb and gutter. The Work Site is located at Durham Water Resource Recovery Facility, 16580 SW 85th Avenue, Tigard, Oregon 97224. Question Deadline 03/31/2026 All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be submitted to Owner via email. Additions, deletions, or revisions to the Bidding Documents considered necessary by Owner in response to such questions will be issued by Addenda and posted to Bid Locker. Sealed Bids must be submitted electronically via Bid Locker by the specified deadline. Bidders must register with Bid Locker before submission, and there is no cost to register. First-Tier Subcontractor Disclosure Forms must also be submitted electronically by the stated deadline or the Bid will be deemed nonresponsive. Clean Water Services will not accept Bids by facsimile or email. Each Bid must be submitted on the prescribed Bid Form with the required Bid security. The original Bid security must be delivered within five business days after the deadline. Successful Bidders will be required to furnish additional bond(s) and insurance as outlined in the Bidding Documents. Prior to submission, Bidders must be registered with the Oregon Construction Contractors Board and be qualified in accordance with applicable Oregon public works statutes.
