Site work for a water / sewer project in Tigard, Oregon. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The project consists of installing, maintaining, and removing temporary traffic control and erosion control measures; installing approximately 618 linear feet of 8-inch ductile iron water main with appurtenances; installing 2 fire hydrants and 1 air release valve; removing and replacing approximately 18 linear feet of concrete curb and 108 square feet of concrete sidewalk; trench resurfacing and roadway striping replacement; and performing additional and incidental work as called for by the specifications and plans. All items identified on the Bid Schedule are to be incorporated in the Basis of Bid Award. Bidders must submit a bid security equal to ten percent of their bid and a First Tier Subcontractor Disclosure Form. The contractor must provide proof of filing a public works bond with a corporate surety in the amount required by law. Bids must be fully completed as provided in the Bid Packet, and late or facsimile bids will not be accepted. Bids not in compliance with all prescribed public bidding procedures and requirements may be rejected. Deadline for Questions: March 26, 2026 - 4:00 p.m.
