Site work and new construction of a mixed-use development in Eagle, Idaho. Conceptual plans call for the construction of a one-story above grade fire / police facility.

Design-build firms are to provide statements of qualifications for planning, designing, and constructing public works facilities for the Eagle Fire Protection District and the City of Eagle on a 7.420-acre city-owned parcel. The facilities include maintenance buildings, shop space, outbuildings, a training area, and associated infrastructure as a design-build project. Four bound copies and one electronic PDF copy of the qualifications must be submitted by mail or in person to the Administrative Offices of the Eagle Fire Protection District by the stated deadline. Late submissions will not be considered.
