Mechanical Equipment Replacement & Ductwork Modifications For: Monroe County Opportunity Program (MCOP) Administrative Offices at 1140 S. Telegraph Road, Monroe, Michigan 48161 The Drawings propose the Removal and Replacement of the Mechanical Equipment for the Administrative office at the MCOP main campus facility. - Work includes, but is not limited to, removal and replacement of two furnaces, the addition of one furnace and modifications of the duct trunk distribution within the attic to connect to three replacement furnaces to the existing ductwork. The intent is to modify the attic ducts only, redistribution/relocation of the diffusers and grills within the finished office area is not intended currently. These documents depict the general ductwork layout and assumed distribution after modification of the duct trunks to connect to the New Mechanical Equipment. Contractor shall determine the full extent of work required to make these duct modifications for a complete installation. The building is to be occupied throughout the construction. Work shall be coordinated with Owner. Work shall be completed in a fashion that minimizes the time of disruption to the building occupants. Work to include all necessary mechanical, plumbing, and electrical Work for a complete and balanced installation.
