Sealed bids are requested for the purchase of work stations for the Water Plant. Purchase orders will be issued upon approval by the Sparta Board of Mayor and Aldermen. The City of Sparta reserves the right to reject any or all bids, waive any irregularities in a bid, and accept any part or all of a bid, or the bid(s) judged to be in the City's best interest. The City may also require bidders to submit evidence of qualifications as deemed necessary. Prices should be provided per unit to allow items to be purchased from more than one vendor if advantageous to the City. The City of Sparta does not discriminate based on race, color, or national origin under Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964.
