Demolition, site work and new construction of a recreation facility in Dunedin, Florida. Completed plans call for the demolition of a recreation facility; for site work for a recreation facility; and for the construction of a recreation facility.

Due to extensive damage from Hurricane Milton, this project includes the demolition and reconstruction of the fishing pier and associated facilities at the Dunedin Marina, located at 51 Main Street. Work will involve removing the existing pier, floating docks, gangways, rescue dock, boat lift, and related timber pilings. New construction will include a fishing pier, gangway, and floating dock system, rescue dock, and timber fender piles. Demolition of existing upland sidewalks and asphalt will also be performed as required to complete the seawall repairs. Upland site restoration will include new concrete sidewalks, curbing, landscape planters, and pavement. A new boat lift system provided by the Owner, along with a new electrical panel and lighting, will be installed to complete the site improvements. The Engineer's Estimate for the project is $1,300,000. The time allotted for this project is 180 days for substantial completion. This project is located at the Dunedin Marina located at 51 Main St, Dunedin, FL 34698. Financial Project #: 882010 The work of this Contract consists of furnishing all material, labor, equipment, tools, services, supervision and incidentals, necessary for the general construction of the following, as shown on the Drawings and as specified herein. As a result of the extensive damage caused to the fishing pier from Hurricane Milton, the project will consist of the following: 1. Demolition of existing fishing pier, floating docks, gangways, rescue dock, and boat lift. 2. Demolition of existing timber piling associated with the fishing pier, floating docks, and rescue dock. Partial and full removal of existing timber piles as required for construction of new fishing pier and rescue dock as indicated. 3. Demolition of existing upland sidewalks and asphalt as required to complete the seawall repairs. 4. Demolition of existing electrical panel located near the entrance of the fishing pier. 5. Construction of a new fishing pier, gangway and floating dock system, and rescue dock. 6. Construction of new concrete sidewalk, curbing, landscape planters, and pavement as required to restore the upland site East of the fishing pier. 7. Installation of new boat lift system provided by the Owner. 8. Construction of new timber fender piles between the floating docks. 9. Installation of new electrical panel near the entrance of the fishing pier and lighting throughout. 10. Construction of new utility connections to the fishing pier inclusive of routing upland to indicated points of connection. Job No-11022101SH, 18-2281-1
