Description

The work generally consists of rehabilitation and cured-in-place-pipe (CIPP) lining of the collection systems' sanitary sewer mains, service laterals, and pressurized force mains, as well as stormwater pipes of various diameters and materials. Services will be provided on an as-needed basis for a period of three years, with a possible renewal for one additional two-year period. Proposals must be submitted via DemandStar.com and be accompanied by a bid bond not less than five percent of the total bid. The successful bidder will be required to furnish and pay for a Certificate of Insurance and a Performance and Payment Bond and meet other contract requirements. Incomplete proposals or those not following the instructions may be disqualified. The City of Dunedin reserves the right to reject any and all bids, waive irregularities or informalities, re-advertise, and award the contract in its best interest.
