The City of Dunedin, Florida, is requesting bids from qualified contractors to remove and replace existing galvanized fencing and poles with new commercial-grade black vinyl-coated chain-link fencing and poles around designated fields. Work shall include all necessary materials, labor, and site restoration at the Fisher Fields located at 1937 Ed Eckert Drive, Dunedin, FL 34698, in conformance with the bid document, which includes technical specifications and/or scope of work. Respondents are encouraged to communicate any questions regarding this ITB no less than ten (10) calendar days prior to the bid opening date Questions should be sent in writing via email to Purchasing@Dunedin.gov. Remove and replace existing galvanized fencing and poles with new commerical-grade black vinyl-coated chain-link fencing and poles around designated fields. Work shall include all necessary materials, labor, and site restoration. It shall be the responsibility of the Contractor to review site conditions along with bid documents to determine those materials and work that are necessary to complete the project. All parts/services not specifically mentioned, which are necessary to complete the project, shall be incorporated into the bid pricing and conform in strength and quality of material and workmanship per manufacturer's specifications.
