It is the intent of this project to contract with a properly licensed general contractor to supply all materials, labor, and equipment required to complete the work. The work entails renovation of the kitchen at Dunedin Wastewater Plant, including permitting and installation of a Type 1 kitchen hood exhaust system, kitchen cabinets & countertops, plumbing, and owner-furnished appliances, electrical modifications, wall covering, and drop-in ceiling tile. Any inquiries, suggestions, or requests concerning the interpretation, clarification, or additional information pertaining to this BID shall be submitted no less than ten (10) calendar days prior to the bid opening date.
