Renovation of a municipal facility in West Chester, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the renovation of a one-story above grade municipal facility.
As of November 24, 2025, this project has not yet been awarded. The project is expected to be awarded on December 02, 2025. Sealed bids are requested for the District Court RTU Replacement. The project involves the replacement of 3 rooftop HVAC units at the District Court Building. Each bid must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond payable to the Owner in an amount of not less than ten percent (10%) of the bid. Only bonds from companies licensed to do business in the State where the Owner is located will be accepted and the bond must indicate this explicitly. Bids must be submitted unconditionally. No bidder may withdraw their bid within sixty (60) days after the scheduled closing time for receipt of bids. The Owner reserves the right to waive any informalities or to reject any or all bids. Pennsylvania Department of Labor and Industry Prevailing Wage rates apply to this project. Questions may be submitted through the designated system by the specified deadline.
