West Chester E.N. Peirce Middle School - Chain Link Fence Repair The West Chester Area School District, Chester County, Pennsylvania, is soliciting sealed bids for the West Chester E.N. Peirce Middle School for the following contract: 26-G206 Chain Link Fence Repair. Sealed bids for the E.N. Peirce Middle School - Chain Link Fence Repair Project must be submitted online via the PennBid Program website. Bids must be accompanied by a Non-Collusion Affidavit and a Contractor's Qualification Statement. Bids are required to remain valid for sixty days after bid opening and can be rejected before the expiration of that period. Each bid must include a certified check or bid bond (with a corporate surety authorized to operate in Pennsylvania) amounting to ten percent of the bid value, made payable to the West Chester Area School District. Checks or bonds for unsuccessful bidders will be returned after contract award or rejection of bids. The check or bond for the successful bidder will be returned upon proper completion of the contract. Failure of the successful bidder to enter into a contract within ten days of notification will result in forfeiture of the check or bond. The successful bidder will be required to furnish Performance and Payment Bonds in amounts equal to 100% of the contract price, which should be included in the bid amount.
